Potential candidates must:
- Have the flexibility to work a variety of schedules
- Be able to work calmly in a fast paced environment alone and as part of a team
- Ability to open and/or close the kitchen/restaurant following daily checklists
- Be experienced line cooks OR individuals with a great attitude and the ability to learn quickly – we will train you(starting pay will be based on experience)
- Possess the conscientiousness to produce consistent, quality food with every single order
- Be willing and able to perform related duties such as food prep, washing dishes, cleaning equipment as well as any other duties assigned
- Be willing to accept accountability to follow recipes and portion controls as well as handling, storage and rotation of products according to set guidelines
